With Christmas and New Years behind us now, I suppose we should dive into engagements a bit! after all they call this holiday the Proposal Season for a reason!
Did you get engaged this past month?
If so, you are probably a little overwhelmed, who wouldn't be. You have to plan a party for maybe 100 (more or less) of your friends and family, where to start!
I would used The Knot to help me keep track of my to do lists for the wedding. Where to start, what to do, when and where. The list can get a little daunting though and make you feel over whelmed. I would strongly recommend printing off a more simple list that allows you to check things off.....its surprising how refreshing it can feel to physically cross something off a list.
Here is a little list I would recommend:

Make sure Maid of Honour has groom's ring and Best Man has bride's ring | |
Make sure you have your marriage license, photo permit and Special Occasions Permit, if needed | |
Put your engagement ring on your right hand | |
Use your wedding day itinerary to get you through the day on some sort of trouble | |
Remember to look around and soak in the views of the day you planned so long and hard for. |
