A Royal Affair: The Big Day

Did you crawl out of bed at 3:00 am this morning and watch the wedding of the century? I sure did.

This event was definitely fit for a Queen. Catherine Middleton kept to her true roots and kept the wedding as simple and modest as one could under these circumstances. To say the wedding was gorgeous is a complete understatement.

Although my prediction for the wedding dress designed was off, the style was very similar and my flowers were spot on! (I'm a little proud of this!).

Anyways, enough with the chitter chatter....for all of those just waking up. Here is what you missed!

 

 

I have to add that by far, my favorite moment was them riding in the carriage. A couple of times you can see them talking to each other, one news company had a lip reader tell us what they said.

Prince William leans in to Catherine and says "You look stunning babe" (her nickname is babykins...) and at another moment while waving he says to her "Just a small family affair...". How cute!
